Muay Thai for adults
Group Muay Thai Class for all levels lasts 90 minutes. First 20 minutes you will do warm up, both cardio and dynamic, to prevent injuries or strains. After the warm up you will do shadow boxing, pads, bags, you will learn technique. The last 10 minutes are for stretching routine. Every class is different, every class you learn something new. We make sure that all our students receive the same amount of attention.
The trainers are available for Private Trainings to be booked in advance. Private Training lasts 60 minutes and you will train one on one with your trainer.
